Terms of use

CNS Method is a brand owned by Soma Terra, MBO: 99063034, based at Drežnik II odvojak, Brezovica, Zagreb, Croatia (hereinafter: "we", "us", "CNS Method").

By using the cnsmethod.com website and our services, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

CNS Method offers the following programs and services in individual, group, and B2B formats:

• Individual work 1:1 - individual consultations and hourly sessions
• Preparation for the upcoming season - 4-week individual 1:1 program
• Time and money - 4-week group program
• Capacity calibration - Time and money - 15-day correspondence program
• Capacity calibration - Sovereignty - 15-day correspondence program
• Capacity calibration - 8-week individual and group program
• Structured somatics - weekly somatic practice sessions
• Themed Thursday evenings and Wine & Laugh - themed gatherings and informal meetups
• CNS Program, team workshops, and Pop-up events - B2B and corporate programs for organizations and teams

2. Bookings and payment

Reservation of spots

A reservation for a place in a program or individual session is considered confirmed only after full payment has been made (or a deposit paid, where applicable).

Payment

Payments are processed via the secure Stripe platform or by bank transfer based on an issued invoice/quote. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Prices are expressed in euros and include VAT where applicable.

Deposits and installment payments

For multi-week programs (Capacity calibration, Preparation for the upcoming period, Time and money), a deposit or a specific payment schedule can be arranged prior to the start of the program, where applicable.

3. Cancellation and refunds

Individual 1:1 sessions and structured somatics

• Cancellation more than 48 hours before the session: full refund or transfer to another session
• Cancellation less than 48 hours before: no refund, but the session can be rescheduled once
• No-show without notice: the session is considered used

Multi-week and group programs (Capacity calibration, Preparation for the upcoming period, Time and money)

• Deposit: The paid deposit secures your place in a limited group or session and is strictly non-refundable.
• Cancellation more than 14 days before the start of the program: Uplaćena akontacija se ne vraća, ali se uplaćeni iznos može jednokratno prenijeti kao kredit za sljedeći ciklus ili drugi program u roku od 6 mjeseci.
• Cancellation less than 14 days before the start or after the program has started: The deposit and paid fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, as the spot was reserved and unavailable to other participants.

CNS Program and corporate programs

Cancellation, rescheduling, and payment terms for B2B and corporate clients are defined by contract per proposal.

4. Health conditions and liability

Our programs are designed for the general population of healthy adults. We recommend consulting a physician before starting a program if:

• You have a chronic illness or injury
• You are pregnant or in the postpartum period
• You have recently undergone surgery
• You have cardiovascular issues

By participating in the programs, you confirm that you are physically fit to participate and assume responsibility for your own safety.

CNS Method shall not be liable for injuries resulting from non-compliance with the instructor’s instructions or participation in the program despite contraindications.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the cnsmethod.com website—including texts, images, methodology, and programs—is the exclusive property of CNS Method and is protected by copyright.

Any copying, distribution, reproduction, or commercial use of any content without prior written permission is prohibited.

6. Participant conduct

We expect mutual respect, confidentiality, and professional conduct from all participants. CNS Method reserves the right to exclude participants who disrupt the group atmosphere or fail to comply with program rules, without refund.

7. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy policy.

8. Program modifications

CNS Method reserves the right to modify the content, schedule, or format of the program with prior notice to participants. In the event of significant changes that are not acceptable to you, you are entitled to a full refund.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court in Zagreb.
