Subject matter and definition of services<\/h2>\r\n    <p>By accepting these Terms of Cooperation or by paying a deposit or program investment, the participant enters into a cooperation agreement with the business entity <strong>SOMA TERRA<\/strong>, craft business for the promotion of conscious living (hereinafter referred to as: the Organizer). These Terms apply to all programs offered under the brand <strong>CNS Method<\/strong>: multi-week programs (<em>Capacity calibration<\/em>, <em>Preparation for the upcoming season<\/em>, <em>Time and money<\/em>), <em>Individual work 1:1<\/em> te <em>and Structured Somatic Practice<\/em>.<\/p>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <div class=\"legal-section\">\r\n    <h2>2. Medical disclaimer<\/h2>\r\n    <p>The participant confirms being aware that all programs within the CNS Method system constitute central nervous system training and somatic neuro-regulation, and that <strong>do not replace<\/strong> medical treatment, psychiatric care, psychotherapy, or any other form of official healthcare. The participant enters the process at their own risk and confirms that they are mentally and physically fit for bodywork and stress regulation.<\/p>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <div class=\"legal-section\">\r\n    <h2>9. Deposit and cancellation terms<\/h2>\r\n    <p>Due to a limited number of participants and to preserve high quality and dedication in our work, the following financial terms apply:<\/p>\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li><strong>Non-refundable deposit:<\/strong> A deposit is charged for all multi-week programs (Capacity Calibration, Preparation for the Upcoming Period, Time and Money). The paid deposit serves as a guarantee for securing a reserved place and is entirely <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n      <li><strong>Cancellation of multi-week programs by the participant:<\/strong> In the event of cancellation less than 14 days before the official start of the program or after the program has commenced, the entire amount paid is non-refundable. Missing individual sessions or modules does not entitle the participant to a refund or compensation outside the designated timeframe of the program.<\/li>\r\n      <li><strong>Individual 1:1 sessions and Structured Somatics:<\/strong> Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled no later than 48 hours before the agreed time. For cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time, no refund will be provided.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <div class=\"legal-section\">\r\n    <h2>4. Strict confidentiality of data and processes (NDA)<\/h2>\r\n    <p>Within group and individual sessions, participants may share personal, business, and private information. By accepting these Terms, the participant commits to <strong>absolute discretion and confidentiality<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n    <p>Any disclosure of information, identity of other participants, or details from group modules outside the designated framework will result in immediate dismissal from the program without the right to a refund, alongside the possibility of legal action to protect privacy.<\/p>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <div class=\"legal-section\">\r\n    <h2>5. Intellectual property<\/h2>\r\n    <p>All materials, protocols, exercises, and accompanying resources provided during any program are the exclusive intellectual property of the brand <strong>CNS Method<\/strong> and the craft business Soma Terra.
